Madison Leigh Gerhard joined Sea Girt, New Jersey’s The Bee Boutique as a retail sales associate and fashion consultant in 2017. Over the course of more than two years in this position, she effectively prioritized customer needs while demonstrating her skills in customer service and customer relations. In addition to building lasting customer relationships that drove repeat business, Madison Leigh Gerhard managed the store’s cleanliness and inventory. She regularly stocked and replenished merchandise based on the store’s merchandising layout. Her other duties ranged from opening and closing the store to pricing merchandise, which required up-to-date knowledge regarding the store’s active sales, promotions, payment, and exchange policies.

Madison Gerhard’s work history also included time at Due Process Stables in Colts Neck. She served the stables as both a horseback riding instructor and equine care specialist.

While attending Colts Neck High School, Madison Gerhard attended Brookdale Community College as part of a dual-enrollment program. She subsequently transferred to Florida State University as a psychology student.
